Went to Lingerie Boutique owned by two celebrity sisters.

I went to Rondavous Lingerie Boutique at Far East Plaza , that is owned by two famous sisters who are singers , they called themselves 2R duo.

The shop is currently managed by Ronda Wong , the youngest sister of 2R duo.

The shop sells mainly g-string, camisoles, and other lingeries. The prices are generally over S$200.

Beware of sales tactics..

I went to one of the leading department store in Singapore. Metro.

There got a lot of lady customers browsing and queueing up to make purschses at counter.

One middle-aged salesgirl saw me browsing the bra and walked up to me with a smile , ' May I help you, Sir?'

I gave a smile and said ' Let me check first'

I went thru the bras and pick out one bra , then asked for 34C size. She said 'no 34C.' and recommended the more expensives one (over $200). She said this one nicer.

I said no.

She then recommended 36B for the bra I orginally chose, and said 36B can fit 34C too.

I thought hard. I decided not to buy. The salesgirl then recommended Triumph designs- buy 3 get 1 free.

I see no point buying 3 bras (these are not for me,but for my beloved.)

A few lady customers stared at me and giggled because a man was shopping for lingerie.
Very funny mah?

Okay,back to the question- can 36B size fit woman of 34C size?

I don't think so. because woman will feel discomfort on breasts.

I went to one of its branches at Millenia Walk.

Enter the store, was greeted by salesgirl. Browse thru the sets. Wide variety of sets. Nice designs. (there were not many customers around.Why? Lejaby, Simone Perele, Aubade are very expensive ( over SGD 200 for bras, over SGD 100 for panties.)
There are many sets which can be sold at discounted prices. This month is the Great Singapore Sales (many shops offer discounts to various items.)

After browsing several items right under the nose of helpful and friendly salesgirl, I bought the green set Lejaby Capri -34B and matching panties- size M. for SGD 320.

I was urged to buy more , but I don't have enough fund for the moment.
Will visit the store at other branches next time.

Went out of the store after makng purschase, I went to have a drink at Starbucks Coffee cafe near Chalone boutique where I was teased by a bevy of schoolgirls and some lady customers. Why? They had seen me ( a guy ) went inside lingerie shop and browse , then buy ,and walk to Starbuck counter and bought a cup of cuppucino.

If the women can go to man section to buy underwear for son and husband, why can't a man go to lingerie shop to buy lingerie for his beloved?

Lingerie boutiques nowadays are dying for maximum profit, which include money from male customers.

(Next visit:(Orchard Road) Tang Plaza Level 2 Lingerie department, consisting of Triumph section, Wacoal section , plus many luxurious French section ,including Chantelle. Very crowded with a lot of lady customers browsing Triumph , Wacoal products.

At E2 , Bugis Illumia Shopping Centre.

I went to E2 lingerie boutique at Bugis Illumia Shopping Centre while waiting for my turn to watch the movie at Illumia Cineplex.

I was greeted by cheerful young salesgirl.

"May I help you, Sir?"

Me: let me browse some first.

I went to browse some sets. Take one set off the racks , examine then put them back.

There were a lot of lady customers browsing, but I kept a respectful distance.

After browsing some set, I chose the set , the salesgirl took it to counter. She asked me 'anything else?'

I said nothing.

She not satisfied , taking another set , saying buy one more.

I said politely "no,no.'

She insisted..

I said no..no.

Then the senior cashier urged me to buy.

I said no..

Then she wrap up one set and I paid SGD 89 for one set.

She smiled and told me to come again.

I walked out of the shop , and watch movie.

(next one: Chalone - which sell Lejaby , Aubade, Simone Pierre and other French lingeries -very expensive.)

This man don't know the size of his girlfriend , must go and fondle salesgirls. (it is a strict no-no in Singapore. You can be charged for molest.)

Fellow Singaporean men, don't be shy and buy lingerie set

My fellow Singaporean men,
Do you wish to buy lingerie set for your girlfriend, wife , or any female you know but you are very shy ,worry about being mistaken for perverts, or that lingerie sets bring bad luck to you?

Well, I have been buying lingerie sets for my girlfriends. My favourite lingerie brands are Chantelle, Lejaby and Aubade. Yes, the sets are very pricey but its designs are nice and cute.

I went lingerie shopping in Orchard areas ,like Takashimaya.

Can you tell me how the salesgirl will treat you as well as surrounding women who are in lingerie boutique?

They will give you hostile stare, telling you to leave or security would be called in?

To tell you the truth based on my encounter:

Salesgirls will greet you with a friendly smile:" May I help you, Sir?"

Many female customers don't mind you as long as you keep respectful distance from them.
Don't stand too close to changing room otherwise you are mistaken for peeping tom.

As long as you treat lingerie and ladies (salesgirls, lady customers) with respect , you are welcome to browse and go to counter to make a purschase.

Make sure you know the size you desired, eg. bra size, panties sizes..
